Support
Got a question, a bug, or an idea? Support is the in-app way to reach us — we read every message.
Opening Support
Open the menu and choose Support. It opens your support view — the place where all of your support threads live, across every quest, in one spot.
The three lanes
The support view lays your threads out in three lanes:
- Requested — a new thread starts here, waiting for us to pick it up.
- In Progress — we’re working on it.
- Done — it’s been dealt with.
You don’t move cards between these lanes yourself — a thread advances as the support team works it, and its lane updates to match. The Done lane shows the last couple of weeks; if there’s older history, an All done › link takes you to the full archive of everything you’ve ever resolved.
Starting a thread
- In the Requested lane, press + New request.
- Give it a subject and write your message. You can use markdown.
- Press Save.
Your new thread appears in Requested. Tap a thread to read replies and respond.
Resolved threads
When a thread is wrapped up it lands in Done and is marked resolved, with a note: “This thread is resolved.” If it turns out there’s more to say, press Reopen to pick it back up — it returns to Requested.
Deleting a request
Filed something by mistake, or against the wrong project? While a thread is still sitting in Requested, open it and press Delete request. Confirm, and it’s gone for good — along with any replies on it.
Once someone’s started working on it and it’s moved to In Progress, it can no longer be deleted. If it’s already wrapped up in Done, don’t delete it — press Reopen instead.
Support threads stay in Support
A support thread is only ever a support thread. It never turns into a task on any board, queue, or quest’s Done archive — support and your own planning stay separate.
